vChances are that you too like most people find that you are rushing in and dashing out from daybreak to the time you hit the bed. People today are busier than ever before and this adds a lot of tension, but there are ways to reduce the tension of being busy by managing your day and life a little better. First off, you have to recognize that it’s okay to say no as so often individuals will over-commit themselves because they feel embarrassed about saying no when somebody asks something of them. People fear to say no, thinking that this may sound rude or selfish, but eventually they land in a circumstances where there is not time for doing things they desire to do.

Numerous people lose sight of the most essential priorities and they over schedule themselves so much to please others, or commit to doing so many things for others that they overlook their own needs. How often have you been so busy that you missed lunch? Do you make time to physical exercise? If this applies to you, sit down and make two lists. The first list should hold all the things that are most essential to you and your priorities, and the second should contain your list of activities for the whole day. Equate the 2 lists: Do they match up? If not, you need to make some changes and think to always make time for that you are.

Managing your money: Taking up 2 jobs or working endlessly for extended hours are common amongst people who are trying to make a better living. Take a long, hard, look at your financial state of affairs - are there things that you could cut back on to ease the financial pressure you are under? If you handle your money more carefully, your stress level would drop and you would not have to work so hard.

Stay organized at home and at the office: Looking for lost items or papers is a huge time waster. Of course the tension that you go through as you enter a chaotic home after a long hard day at the office.

Supplements, a daily habit: Take your vitamin pills regularly particularly vitamin C and B complex, which can help you manage with tension better. Further, vitamins are great ingredients to combat the daily harm, which your physical body is experiencing from the continuous mental anxiety.

Listen to music: Music has established physical and mental health benefits. Music can take a lot of tension away from your system if you listen to some of your favorite tunes while commuting or during work, if it is permitted.

Employ breathing exercises: This is something that can be carried out anywhere. This is a proven treatment for relieving mental and physical tension and tension.

View everything positively: This is a very tough thing to do for many people. It’s a fact that people with a positive mental attitude have less health problems, less stress and more luck in life.

These hints would never lower your workload, but hopefully help you manage them better. Think there is only one person who matters in your life and that is you, so get busy by all means, but learn to cope with the circumstances.
