Carnival of Healing #79: Body and Soul
Hello all. I’m delighted to be hosting this week’s Carnival of Healing. It’s been such a pleasure reading this week’s submissions.
As I was sorting through the entries, I was reminded just how much we all benefit from paying attention to our total beings—the physical and non-physical parts of ourselves. So, with that in mind, I’ve separated this week’s carnival into two distinct categories: Body and Soul.
Entries under the Body category deal with taking care of our physical beings, and the Soul category encompasses those posts that concern themselves with our non-physical beings. I know, I know, we could quibble about what exactly “soul” means—but in this case I’m using the term rather broadly to encompass, emotions, perception, thoughts, spirituality, and so on.
SOUL
Craig Harper at Motivational Speaker presents A Mildly Amusing Story about Fear—an entertaining (more than mildly) story about overcoming fear.
Albert Foong at Urban Monk presents The Misery and World Peace Viruses—a look at the effect, on the world around you, of living positively.
Surfer Sam at Surfer Sam and Friends presents Put the Fun Back in Your Life. Live, Laugh, Love—an article about becoming more joyful.
Cerebral at blog4brain presents The Secret to Wealth and Abundance—an exploration of the link between our perceptions of the world and wealth creation.
Joice at Joysoriano.com presents Grieving the Loss of a Loved One—an informative, inspirational article about the grieving process.
TherapyDoc at Everyone Needs Therapy presents Chuck Mahoney and a Preventable Waste—thoughts about what can be done, what should be done, when dealing with a troubled individual.
BODY
Cindy Hebbard at Wisdom of Healing presents Is Rat Poison in Your Medication? Do you know what’s in your cholesterol medication? Read this to find out.
Healthy Living at OhCash.com presents How Do I Know Which Vitamins to Take? The ABCDE and Ks of vitamins. A very informative primer.
Aparna at Beauty and Personality Grooming presents Ear Piercing – Benefits—acupuncture and acupressure based look at the benefits of ear piercing.
Well, that wraps it up for this edition. Thank you for coming along!
